By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the service.
Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, protecting your login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree to use KeywordStat strictly in compliance with all applicable laws. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its servers, or connected networks.
- Using any automated means, including bots, scrapers, spiders, or scripts, to access the platform or extract data.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the service without our explicit written permission.
- Sharing account access, API keys, or login credentials with third parties.
- Engaging in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or degrades the stability and performance of the platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying software and architecture of KeywordStat.
Paid Plans, Billing & Renewals
Certain features are only available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing terms, usage limits, and API restrictions. Paid plans operate on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annual) and will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway, WayForPay. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
Subscription Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account instantly, without prior notice or liability, if we detect a breach of these Terms, fraud, or system abuse.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the platform—including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, databases, design, UI/UX, branding, logos, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of KeywordStat and its licensors. Your use of the service grants you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as intended.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
KEYWORDSTAT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC SEO/MARKETING RESULTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KEYWORDSTAT, ITS FOUNDERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF WEBSITE TRAFFIC, GOOGLE RANKING DROPS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ukraine, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Your continued use of KeywordStat following the publication of changes constitutes your absolute acceptance of the updated Terms.
