Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with KeywordStat. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that your platform usage has not exceeded 3 keyword analyses.To request a refund, please contact our billing support at support@keywordstat.co with your account details. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via WayForPay within 5–10 business days.
Cases Without Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:Requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee window.Renewal charges for monthly or annual subscriptions (you must cancel before the renewal date).Accounts that have exceeded the trial usage limit (more than 3 analyses generated) during the first 7 days.Accounts banned due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., scraping data or automated bot usage).
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically guarantee a refund for the current paid billing period.
Failed Payments
In case of payment issues, access to paid features may be temporarily limited until billing issues are resolved.
